Prof. Alan Martin has over 30 years of business and academic experience. Before entering higher education, he founded and managed four successful retail businesses. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at Rose of York Business School and is a doctoral researcher at the University of the West of Scotland, where he was twice nominated for Lecturer of the Year.

Anand Walser worked in the corporate world for seven years in the IT and hospitality industries, with experience in marketing, client relations, systems analysis and auditing. He then moved into academia and has taught with universities in the UK, Australia and Asia in numerous locations worldwide. He has also delivered corporate training programmes and consultancy assignments for businesses in Europe and Asia.

Mervyn Sookun has been teaching for 14 years at various British and Australian universities, including the University of Hull, University of Lincolnshire and Humberside and Oxford Brookes University. He has guided a number of student research projects.

Dr. Uma Mohan is an experienced academic, researcher and doctoral supervisor with over 23 years of international teaching experience across Europe, Asia and Australia. Her expertise includes Research Methodology, Computing and Information Technology, Strategic Systems Management, Systems Analysis and Design, and the application of technology to Business and Knowledge Management. She has supervised numerous dissertations and doctoral research projects and is committed to enhancing student learning through a strong understanding of diverse cultural and academic contexts.

Dr. Alan Murray is an award-winning academic, entrepreneur and researcher specialising in enterprise education and innovation. The BSC brochure identifies him as a Reader in Enterprise at the University of the West of Scotland and notes a Visiting Professorship at the University of Angers. Public academic information also identifies his research interests in enterprise, entrepreneurship, enterprise education, academic entrepreneurship, enterprise ecosystems and transformational technologies in business and education.

Dr. Patrick Hutchinson is an experienced academic with more than 20 years of teaching experience in HRM, employment relations and leadership. The BSC brochure identifies him as an Associate Professor at Rose of York Business School and Programme Leader at the University of the West of Scotland. His research interests include equality, diversity and employment practices.

Stephen Fenech has extensive practical management experience gained through managerial roles in Maltese and foreign organisations in Malta. He later moved into university teaching and has taught for institutions including Anglia Ruskin University, University of Chester, University of Bedfordshire, NCC and the University of Malta. He has also supervised dissertations and final projects.

Paul Savona brings experience from working with diverse international business entities. He combines strategic business analysis with the ability to align business and operational requirements with information systems solutions, taking strategies through to implementation using programme and project management skills. His international work has also developed strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal capabilities up to board level.

Harwindar Singh is an accountant by training, banker and industrialist by experience and has had his own training consultancy for well over two decades. His core area of expertise is financial strategy, which he has applied to Procurement Strategy in Supply Chain Management. As the Business Dean of a leading Malaysian university, he brings a good blend of industrial and academic expertise to the team.

Dr Kui Juan Tiang brings 23 years of corporate experience across multinational consumer and industrial firms, with expertise in market research, marketing, strategic management, business development and corporate planning. He has also worked as a management consultant on local and international projects, including mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has 38 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, enabling him to combine strong academic knowledge with extensive practical industry insight.
